The Kastellakia Bay Villas are three individual, traditional, stone-built, luxury, Cycladic homes on the unadulterated, up-and-coming island of Kea (Tzia), one of the famous Greek Aegean Archipelago of islands, but still close to Attika and Greece's mainland.

V. Aperon, R. Maria and V. Thymari are right on the water, huddled in the bosom of a small inlet, with their own semi-private beach, right on aqua blue-green translucent waters, protected from northern strong meltemia summer winds. All Villas provide modern amenities and each will comfortably host from 4-10 people in a country modern interior setting, where stone meets wood. Each Villa is unique in location and decoration. Decoration detail of the interior blends perfectly with the spartan beauty of the environment, certainly revealing the owners' commitment to artistic creation and respect for the environment.

In Kea, guests may swim, fish or snorkel on the numerous pristine beaches on the island, visit ancient sites, walk the picturesque Hora cobblestone narrow streets, follow several ancient marked footpaths to remote beaches, go bird-watching on the nature reserve on the east side of the island, or simply have a lazy afternoon on Kastellakia beach and watching the sunset.

Kea est une ile grecque assez grande, originale, peu exploree ou touchee par le tourisme de masses, avec une longue histoire de plus de 4000 ans, avec plusieurs sites historiques, parmis qui se distingue la bien preservee antique cite de Karthea (5e siecle AC). En plus, elle offre un musee tres interessant, plusieurs plages, petits restaurants pittoresques, randononnees pedestres sur santiers antiques, faune et flore sauvage et presente le Festival Europen de Fables Orales en juillet, tout ça que 75 minutes de l' Attique!
